Efficient, helpful and a friendly engineer

Excellent service, prompt and very helpful with my problem. Didn t charge me a call out fee as didn t need any work doing. Would use them again if I have any problems .

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.

I was very pleased with the service I received , I did not feel under pressure. The man who I think was Darren (sorry if this is the wrong name) who I spoke to on my drive was very pleasant. The lady who phoned with the quote was just as pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any of my friends.
